Please read this service agreement between Sucker Punch Kickboxing and yourself.

1. I agree to give one months notice on leaving and agree to cancel my direct debit after this period. Any monies left thereafter will not be refunded.
2. Any change to my initial application regarding; Health, injuries or contact details will be forwarded to Sucker Punch Kickboxing (SPK) as soon as possible for record to be kept up to date. Failure to do so is not the responsibility of SPK.
3. I agree to follow the rules and regulations of SPK whilst I am a member. You can read our policies here.
4. I agree I shall not hold SPK, the instructors or students responsible/liable for any injury that I may sustain whilst in the class.
5. I accept that there is a risk to injury in learning, demonstrating and practicing Martial Arts in general.
6. I understand that Martial Arts is physical and involves forceful contact with instructors, students and objects within this environment, including but not exclusive to pads, protective equipment and training environment.
7. I agree to follow all government guidelines during Covid-19. Including notifying SPK of any symptoms or positive testing for Covid-19.
8. I understand that during a lockdown period online or outdoor training may be part of the training fees.
9. SPK retains the right to revoke membership for breach of rules and regulations or continuous behaviour that disrupts class, intimidates and/or bullies other students.
